Care Programs
The Association provides two seasonal floral programs which consist of the placement of plants during the spring and winter.
Ferncliff Mausoleum, Shrine Of Memories And Rosewood Mausoleum
Spring/Easter Program:
The Association offers chrysanthemums and lilies for families to purchase during the spring season. The planting department sends out an order form to the owner or authorizing person of the funeral arrangements approximately six weeks prior to Easter. Also included in the mailing is information regarding the placement and disposal dates of the plants. Ferncliff is not responsible for any plants after Easter. Ferncliff will not hold any plants for the subscribers. The subscriber may pick up his/her plant before a designated deadline date. The prices are subject to change every year.
Winter/Holiday/Christmas Program:
The Association permits visitors to purchase and place natural plants not to exceed two feet in height and free from artificial coloring during these seasons. Signs are posted in advance indicating when plants are permitted to be placed as well as when they will be removed.
The Association offers poinsettia/chrysanthemum combination plant and poinsettia plant for families to purchase during the holiday season. The planting department sends out an order form to the owner or authorizing person of the funeral arrangements approximately mid-October. Also included in the mailing is information regarding the placement and disposal dates of the plants. Ferncliff is not responsible for any plants after Christmas. Ferncliff will not hold any plants for the subscribers. The subscriber may pick up his/her plant before a designated deadline date. The prices are subject to change every year.
Cemetery Grounds:
Spring Program:
The Association offers begonias for families to purchase during the spring season. The planting department sends out an order form to the owner or authorizing person of the funeral arrangements approximately six weeks prior to the ordering deadline. The price is subject to change every year.
Winter/Holiday/Christmas Program:
The Association offers wreaths and blankets for families to purchase during the holiday season. The planting department sends out an order form and a blank message card to the owner or authorizing person of the funeral arrangements approximately mid-October. The prices are subject to change every year.
Note: Ferncliff permits visitors to place cut flowers throughout the year but prohibits the placement of potted plants.
